The Magic Chef
Chef Ethan began his culinary journey at the age of 10 cooking for his mother. Finding inspiration began as she was battling cancer. Giving her beautiful delicious food brought him joy and her praise inspired a lifelong love for seeing others enjoy what he created. Chef Ethan specializes in French inspired new American cuisine.

Chef Ethan honed his craft cooking in fine dining restaurants and under celebrity chefs before entering the private realm to cook in clients homes and aboard luxury yachts.
Clients have ranged from actors and celebrities to former presidents and royalty!
